8 As PLife REIT makes distribution on a semi-annual basis, there is no distribution for the quarter. The quarterly DPU forms part of the semi-annual distribution. Certain distribution adjustments were taken into consideration in arriving at the DPU; these distribution adjustments are subject to further tax review during the period of distribution.
