Circumstance(s) giving rise to the interest or change in interest	# Others MHPL was deemed interested in the units of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("Parkway Life REIT") which Parkway Holdings Limited ("Parkway") has an interest through Parkway's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Parkway Investments Pte Ltd and Parkway Trust Management Limited, by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50. Pursuant to the acceptance by Fortis Global Healthcare (Mauritius) Limited ("FGHML") of the voluntary conditional cash general offer by CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch and Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch for and on behalf of Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited to acquire shares in Parkway in respect of all its shares in Parkway, FGHML, and consequently, MHPL ceased to have any shareholding interests in Parkway on 18 August 2010. Accordingly. FGHML and MHPL ceased to be interested in Parkway's deemed interests in the units of Parkway Life REIT.
