Our Japan portfolio of 33 high-quality healthcare properties worth S$438.8 million1 comprises 1 pharmaceutical
product distributing and manufacturing facility and 32 private nursing homes. PLife REIT’s nursing home
properties are well-equipped, in good physical condition and are strategically located in residential districts
in various prefectures of Japan. The facilities offer a wide range of nursing care services and are operated by
experienced service and nursing staff, making them attractive retirement facilities.
Our nursing homes are managed by 16 quality operators, which diversifes tenant risk. Furthermore, we have
secured long-term lease agreements and backup operator arrangements for the properties, offering protection
to PLife REIT and ensuring certainty of distributions to PLife REIT’s Unitholders.
