The Parkway East Hospital property comprises Parkway East Hospital, a medical centre and car
parks. Parkway East Hospital is a 4-storey block with 113 hospital beds and the medical centre is
a 5-storey block comprising 28 Medical Centre units. The 1st and 5th storey of the medical centre
are linked to the 1st and 4th storey of the hospital block. The car park lots are located on the 1st
storey deck and within the compound of the development.
The Gleneagles IntanMedical Centre, Kuala Lumpur (“GMCKL”) is an 8-storey purpose built medical
offce building comprising 110 medical consulting suites accommodating various specialties and
sub-specialties for outpatient services. There is a 180-seat auditorium located at top foor and
commercial offerings like retail pharmacy, bank and café at ground foor. GMCKL has a basement
level car park and is linked by a pedestrian bridge to Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Located
along Jalan Ampang, it is easily accessible from any parts of the city centre and approximately 3
km away from integrated development of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). The Jelatek PUTRA
LRT station is located about 1 km due north-west of GMCKL.
PLife REIT owns approximately 23.1% of the total share value of GMCKL comprising three ground
foor units, three medical consulting suites units at 2nd and 7th foors, the entire 8th foor and 69
car park lots (“GMCKL Portfolio”).
