PLife REIT is committed to engaging and fostering
strong relationships with all its Unitholders. Through
a proactive and targeted outreach programme, PLife
REIT aims to better serve the specifc needs of its
investors as well as maintain regular and transparent
communication with the investing community, media
and various Unitholders.
Corporate Website
PLife REIT’s corporate website (www.plifereit.com)
offers easy access to comprehensive information
on the company, including stock data, SGXNet
announcements, fnancial statements, press releases,
presentation slides, annual reports and other corporate
developments. Thewebsite is regularlyupdated tokeep
Unitholders abreast of the company’s performance,
as well as provide insights into PLife REIT’s strategy
and latest developments. To maintain transparent and
open communication with Unitholders, the Manager
welcomes feedback and enquiries which can be made
via its website.
Corporate Literature
To keep Unitholders apprised of its performance
and developments, PLife REIT regularly publishes
updates on its fnancial and operational data via its
quarterly SGXNet results announcements, annual
reports as well as press releases and presentation
slides.
In line with its continuous efforts to reach out to a
wider group of Unitholders on its assets and business
landscape, PLife REIT has created a brochure
containing its key information and properties in
Japanese language to better cater to its audiences
in Japan, which include investors, asset managers as
well as potential healthcare partners.
Annual General Meeting
PLife REIT holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in
April in Singapore each year. The AGM provides not
only a platform for Unitholders to vote on proposed
resolutions, but also an opportunity for PLife REIT’s
Board of Directors and management to meet
personally with Unitholders and better provide them
with an understanding of the strategic direction of the
REIT and address any of their queries/concerns.
Investor Outreach Program
The management undertakes to engage the investing
community on a regular basis. Our outreach program
to engage local and foreign institutional investors and
analysts includes regular face-to-face meetings with
key investors, participating in investment/industry
conferences, analyst briefngs and organising Non-
deal Roadshows in key fnancial centre. In 2012, the
management participated in a number of investment
/ industry conferences and non-deal roadshows
both in Singapore and overseas. Some of these key
Investor Relations activities are listed below.
To help keep investors, analysts and media better
understand the REIT’s portfolio, the Manager would
periodically arrange site visits to its key properties.
Through its Outreach Program, the management
was able to effectively reach out to both existing and
new investors to raise awareness and interest in PLife
REIT.
