Fortifying Long-Term Growth and Sustainability
PLife REIT continued to progress steadily in 2012 through a multi-pronged approach of focusing on deploying prudent
fnancial management strategies, whilst seeking organic and inorganic growth opportunities in both new and established
markets. Over the year, PLife REIT acquired three Japan nursing home properties. It also made its frst foray into Malaysia
where it acquired strata-titled units/lots at Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur. These brought PLife REIT’s total
portfolio to 37 healthcare properties valued at S$1.4 billion as at 31 December 2012.
With a diversifed portfolio of high-quality and value-generating assets, PLife REIT has a keen eye on opportunities in growing
healthcare markets in the region. It remains well-positioned as a key benefciary and player in the Asia Pacifc healthcare
industry, for the long term.
