Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“PHS”), a related party of the Manager of the Trust. Accordingly, the
Group’s most significant outstanding trade receivable amounts to $9,209,000 (2013: $8,738,000) due from PHS as
at the reporting date. These trade receivables are in accordance to the payment schedule as set out in the lease
agreements entered with PHS.
As at 31 December 2014, the Trust has in its possession several bankers’ guarantees in its favour amounting to
$7.5 million (2013: $7.5 million). These are provided to the Trust by PHS, in lieu of security deposits.
The Manager is of the opinion that there are no conditions that cast doubt over the recoverability of the Group’s
trade receivables.
