Appointment & Resignation Of Company Secretaries

Parkway Trust Management Limited (the "Company"), the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Tan Ping Ping and Ms Shee Shin Yee as Company Secretaries with effect from 10 March 2009.

The Company also wishes to announce the resignation of Ms June Tay Kwok Fung and Ms Ho Li Li as Company Secretaries with effect from 9 March 2009.
