PIPL and PTML are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Parkway Holdings Limited ("Parkway").

Fortis Global Healthcare (Mauritius) Limited ("FGHL") has a deemed interest in the units of Parkway Life REIT, by virtue of its deemed interest in more than 20 per cent of the total issued shares of Parkway to be acquired by FGHL.

FGHL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare International Limited ("FHIL"). FHIL is wholly-owned by International Hospital Limited, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited ("FHL"). Fortis Healthcare Holdings Limited ("FHHL") owns 76% of the shares of FHL. Shivi Holdings (P) Ltd., a company which is owned as to 100% by SMS, owns 50% of the shares of FHHL. Accordingly, SMS is deemed to have an interest in FGHL's deemed interest in the units of Parkway Life REIT.
