Pursuant to transfer of all the issued shares of IHHL from Khazanah Nasional Berhad ("Khazanah") to Integrated Healthcare Holdings Sdn Bhd ("IHH Sdn Bhd"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah, IHH Sdn Bhd is deemed to have an interest in the 219,215 units of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("PLife REIT") held by IHHL under Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore.
IHH Sdn Bhd also has a deemed interest in the 216,084,217 units of PLife REIT held by Parkway Trust Management Limited and Parkway Investments Pte Ltd, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Parkway Holdings Limited, by virtue of its deemed interest in more than 20 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Parkway Holdings Limited under Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore. |
