Pulau Memutik Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ("PMVSB") has on 29 March 2011, acquired the total issued share capital of Integrated Healthcare Holdings Sdn Bhd ("IHHSB") from Khazanah Nasional Berhad. IHHSB holds, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, Parkway Trust Management Limited ("PTML") and Parkway Investments Pte Ltd ("PIPL"), a deemed interest in 216,815,629 units of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("PLife REIT").

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore, PMVSB is deemed to have an interest in the shares of PLife REIT held by PTML and PIPL.
