On 28 April 2011, PPL acquired the total issued share capital of Parkway Holdings Limited ("PHL") from Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited and the transfer was registered on 6 May 2011. PHL holds, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Parkway Trust and Parkway Investments, a deemed interest in 216,596,414 units of Parkway Life REIT.

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore, PPL is deemed to have an interest in the shares of Parkway Life REIT held by Parkway Trust and Parkway Investments.
