Fortis Global Healthcare (Mauritius) Limited ("FGHL") has a deemed interest in the units of Parkway Life REIT, by virtue of its deemed interest in more than 20 per cent of the total issued shares of Parkway to be acquired by FGHL. FGHL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FHIL. Accordingly, FHIL is deemed to have an interest in FGHL's deemed interest in the units of Parkway Life REIT.
