The change in interest is a result of purchases made by ACTA International Ltd ("ACTA") of units in Parkway Life REIT (the "Units").

Anil Thadani is the sole shareholder of ACTA and is accordingly deemed to be interested in the Units in which ACTA has an interest pursuant to Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act.

(2) Percentage of units held after the change is calculated based on 602,347,258 issued units in Parkway Life REIT as at 5 November 2008.

(3) Deemed interests of Anil Thadani arises as follow:
(a) Anil Thadani is a substantial shareholder of Symphony Investment Managers Limited, the investment manager to Symphony International Holdings Limited ("SIHL"). Britten Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("Britten") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited ("Lennon"), and Lennon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIHL. Accordingly, Anil Thadani may have a deemed interest in the 35,800,000 units held by Britten.
(b) Anil Thadani is the sole shareholder of ACTA and is accordingly deemed to have interest in the 509,725 units held by ACTA.
