PLife REIT has announced a distribution of 3.28 cents per unit in PLife REIT for the period 01 January 2017 to 31 March 2017, comprising:-

1. taxable income component of 2.22 cents per unit;

2. other gains distribution of 0.22 cents per unit;

3. tax-exempt income component of 0.40 cents per unit; and

4. capital component of 0.44 cents per unit.

Taxation Conditions The tax-exempt income component of the distribution is exempt from tax in the hands of all unitholders. No tax will be deducted at source from this component.
