PLife REIT has announced a distribution of 3.28 cents per unit in PLife REIT for the period 01 January 2017 to 31 March 2017, comprising:-

1. taxable income component of 2.22 cents per unit;

2. other gains distribution of 0.22 cents per unit;

3. tax-exempt income component of 0.40 cents per unit; and

4. capital component of 0.44 cents per unit.

Taxation Conditions Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable income component of the distribution in certain circumstances. The following section describes the circumstances in which tax will or will not be deducted from taxable income distribution.
