PLife REIT has announced a distribution of 3.38 cents per unit in PLife REIT for the period 01 October 2017 to 31 December 2017, comprising:-

1. taxable income component of 2.30 cents per unit;

2. other gains distribution of 0.23 cents per unit;

3. tax-exempt income component of 0.36 cents per unit; and

4. capital component of 0.49 cents per unit.

Taxation Conditions The tax-exempt income component of the distribution is exempt from tax in the hands of all unitholders. No tax will be deducted at source from this component.
