PLife REIT has announced a distribution of 3.17 cents per unit in PLife REIT for the period 01 January 2018 to 31 March 2018, comprising:-

1. taxable income component of 2.29 cents per unit;

2. tax-exempt income component of 0.35 cents per unit; and

3. capital component of 0.53 cents per unit.

Taxation Conditions The tax-exempt income component of the distribution is exempt from tax in the hands of all unitholders. No tax will be deducted at source from this component.
