IHHSB holds, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, Parkway Trust Management Limited ("PTML") and Parkway Investments Pte Ltd ("PIPL"), a deemed interest in 216,815,629 units of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("PLife REIT"). Pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore, PMVSB is deemed to have an interest in the shares of PLife REIT held by PTML and PIPL.
