PHL holds, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Parkway Trust and Parkway Investments, a deemed interest in 216,596,414 units of Parkway Life REIT. Pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore, PPL is deemed to have an interest in the shares of Parkway Life REIT held by Parkway Trust and Parkway Investments.
