investment manager to Symphony International Holdings Limited (“SIHL”). Britten Holdings Pte.
Ltd. (“Britten”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited (“Lennon”), and Lennon
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIHL. Accordingly, Anil Thadani may have a deemed interest in
the units held by Britten.

Anil Thadani is the sole shareholder of ACTA International Ltd (“ACTA”). Accordingly, Anil Thadani
has a deemed interest in the units held by ACTA.

Britten and ACTA are registered holders of 38,485,000 units and 509,725 units respectively.

wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited (“Lennon”), and Lennon is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of SIHL. Accordingly, Sunil Chandiramani may have a deemed interest in the units held by Britten.

Holdings Limited (“SIHL”). Britten Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Britten”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon
Holdings Limited (“Lennon”), and Lennon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIHL. Accordingly, SIML may
have a deemed interest in the units held by Britten.

Britten Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Britten”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited (“Lennon”),
and Lennon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symphony International Holdings Limited (“SIHL”). Accordingly,
SIHL has a deemed interest in the units held by Britten.

Britten Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Britten”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited (“Lennon”).
Accordingly, Lennon has a deemed interest in the units held by Britten.

Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited (“IHHL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad
(“IHH”) and IHH is a subsidiary of Pulau Memutik Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“PMVSB”) which is in turn wholly-
owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”). Accordingly, Khazanah has a deemed interest in units
held by IHHL.

Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited (“IHHL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad
(“IHH”) and IHH is a subsidiary of Pulau Memutik Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“PMVSB”). Accordingly, PMVSB has
a deemed interest in units held by IHHL.

Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited (“IHHL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad
(“IHH”). Accordingly, IHH has a deemed interest in units held by IHHL.
Note 9
Parkway Pantai Limited (“PPL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited
(“IHHL”). Accordingly, IHHL has a deemed interest in units held by PPL.

Parkway Pantai Limited’s deemed interest in the units of Parkway Life REIT is by virtue of it holding more
than 20 per cent of the total issued share capital of Parkway Holdings Limited.
