Integrated Healthcare Holdings Limited (“IHHL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad
(“IHH”). MBK Healthcare Partners Limited (“MBKHPL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
(“Mitsui”), has deemed interest in the units held by IHHL by virtue of MBKHPL holding more than 20 per cent
of the total issued share capital of IHH. Accordingly, Mitsui has a deemed interest in units held by IHHL.

PUBLIC FLOAT
Under Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, a listed issuer must ensure that at least 10% of its listed securities
are at all times held by the public. Based on the information made to the Manager as at 2 March 2015, approximately
47.58% of Parkway Life REIT’s Units were held in the hands of the public. Accordingly, Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of
the SGX-ST has been complied with.
Parkway Life REIT did not hold any treasury units as at 2 March 2015.
